Time for photos! The first 3 days

So now I'm fully moved into uni :) Time to update on my first week in Philadelphia - it's a beautiful city, full of important US history. And the uni itself is a mixture of Hogwarts meets a country house with lots of lanes and green space. It's not a bad place to study.

These photos come from August 26-28th, the rest will be here tomorrow. Basically they track the cool bits of Philly and Penn: Ben Franklin (the uni's founder, who should have his own blog on account that you can't seem to escape all the statues of him)/Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the Consitution were signed (serious historical nerd out at this point)/The Liberty Bell/The 'Love' sign (a Philly symbol - which fits because the name means 'City of Brotherly Love'/and the Rocky statue (in honour of the character and film, based in the city).

The start

From tomorrow I'll be taking my photo a day for this blog - I probably won't get them uploaded until the end of the month, I need a few days to explore Philly and find some good shots! But stay posted!
